Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. If you fail to cancel before the 48 hour window 50% of the missed service will be charged.
• No call-no show appointments or canceling on the day of your appointment will require 50% of the missed service to be paid.
• After a no call-no show appointment, you will not be able to book any future appointments with me. I have zero tolerance for no shows. I understand emergencies happen. You just need to communicate with me.
My “Love It” Guarantee
-I will fix without charge, any issues you have with your hair if you reach out to me within 3 days of your appointment. After 3 days, the client is responsible for any costs related to the appointment.
Redo policy is based off of the original inspiration photo shown at the original appointment. If client wants a different color after the appointment, client will be charged again for their new inspo Pic.
